The minidump tool is a small application that will allow you to create a minidump from any running processes. It's as easy as right clicking on the process and selecting "Create Mini-Dump" from the popup menu. The mini-dump file can then be opened with WinDebug.exe or Visual Studio 2003, which will display the call stack, registers, and other useful information.
The mini-dump's are stored in a directory called "\dumps" directly under the current directory where the tool is installed. The output window will display the exact filename of the dump that was created.
